Description

The Young Investigator Workshop (YIW) is the hallmark event of the EuChemS Division of Organic Chemistry. It promotes and recognises academic excellence in organic chemistry within (and outside) Europe. The EuCheMS member societies can nominate one young investigator among their members for participation in the workshop. Participation in the workshop is typically limited to about 30 attendees as this restricted number ensures the highest quality output as well as interaction between participants.

The 14th edition of the event will be organised in Leuven on July 7 and 8 2023 just before the ESOC conference.

Dr. Upendra K. Sharma and Prof. Wim De Borggraeve will take care of the local organisation on behalf of the Royal Flemish Chemical Society (KVCV) and the Société Royale de Chimie (SRC).
